1. Check the Estimated Volume (The "Capacity" Test)

A professional quote should clearly state the estimated cubic capacity or number of boxes. If one company estimates 800 cubic feet and another estimates 1,200 for the same property, one of those figures is wrong.

Underestimated volume often leads to vans being too small, items left behind, extended loading times, or last-minute charges for additional loads. A realistic volume assessment protects the move from disruption.

2. Is Waiting Time Clearly Explained?
