Yes, we have the equipment and experience to move furniture up and down stairs, including narrow staircases. If any items need to be disassembled to fit, we'll take care of that for you as well.
Yes, we offer flexible moving times, including weekends and evenings, to fit around your schedule. Just let us know your preferred time, and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Yes we do move plant pots and any other garden ornaments and furniture
You will only need to use them if the washing machine is not going to be transported in the upright position.
The fridge will always need to be emptied.
A freezer will only have to be emptied if it is being stored or traveling long distances.
Yes we are unable to go into the loft due to insurance purposes.
We will always assist from the floor level.
We do not move flammable paints gasses or liquids. These would need to be transported by yourselves.

We provide all necessary packing materials including sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, tape, and protective wrapping. Our team brings everything needed to safely pack your belongings, from delicate china to large furniture pieces.
Packing time depends on your property size. A typical 1-bedroom flat takes 2-3 hours, while a 3-bedroom house takes 4-6 hours. Our experienced team works efficiently while ensuring everything is packed safely for transport.
Yes, we specialize in packing delicate items. Our team uses specialized techniques and materials for china, glassware, artwork, and antiques. Each fragile item is individually wrapped and carefully placed in custom-sized boxes with extra padding.

Our £29/hr rate is service rate for services of one skilled packer. We recommend you to choose at least two packers for a job as it will be quicker and efficient. All packing materials are not included in this price. Please click on "Get Quote" to get prices of packing materials.
Yes! We provide complete unpacking services at your new home. Our team will carefully unpack your belongings, place items where you want them, and remove all packing materials. This service helps you settle in quickly and stress-free.
Storage
We offer four storage unit sizes: Small (25 sq ft) from £18.99/week, Medium (50 sq ft) from £28.99/week, Large (100 sq ft) from £48.99/week, and Extra Large (200 sq ft) from £68.99/week. Each size is designed for different storage needs.
Yes, currently we only offer storage in conjunction with our removal or packing services. The storage charges cover the use of space based on size and duration, but do not include moving items in and out of storage - that's handled as part of our removal service.
We offer both short-term and long-term storage solutions. You can store your belongings for as little as one week or for extended periods. Our flexible weekly pricing means you only pay for the time you actually need storage space.
You can store most household and business items including furniture, appliances, clothing, documents, and personal belongings. We cannot store perishable items, hazardous materials, illegal items, or anything with strong odors. Contact us if you're unsure about specific items.
Yes! We specialize in student storage with convenient collection and delivery services. We can collect your belongings from your accommodation, store them safely during holidays, and deliver them back when you return - no need for you to leave your accommodation.
